Ingredients You'll Need

- 400 gr noodles
- 200 parmesan cheese
- 50 gr chopped bacon
- 4 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Sal and black pepper to taste


1. Put water in a pot and wait till hot, add the noodles and cook for 10 - 15minutes.
2. In a pan put the oil and bacon until its almost golden
3. Separate the egg white and yolk, put the four yolks together adding the parmesan cheese.
4. Drain the noodles and add to a big pan, adding the yolks and bacon. Mix everything together until is all combined adding salt and pepper to taste.
5. Ready to serve.
