a salmon recipe with an Indian twist
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 c grapeseed oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 salmon fillet, cut into 3" pieces
Directions
stir salt, paprika, coriander, and black pepper together; add oil and maple syrup and stir until combined
preheat non-stick pan over med-high heat
dredge salmon pieces through syrup mixture until evenly coated on every side
cook salmon in preheated pan until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5-7 min per side
