Caribbean Eggnog

Ingredients You'll Need
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
6 eggs
3 tins evaporated milk
1-2 tins condensed milk
1/2 cup (or more) white rum
grated nutmeg to taste
powdered cinnamon to taste
Directions
Beat eggs with lime zest until light and fluffy
Add evaporated milk and condensed milk
Add nutmeg, cinnamon, and rum
Serve with ice
