Ingredients You'll Need

1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce)
Directions
Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan.
Bring to a hard boll.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Beat with a spoon until the frosting is of a good spreading consistency.
