Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup butter softened - no substitutes
1/2 cup confectioners suger
1 teasp. vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups flour
1/4 teap salt
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
additional confectioners suger

Directions
In mixing bowl cream the butter suger and vanilla, mix well .combine flour and salt. add to creamed mixture,stir in pecans. chill. Roll dough into 1 inch ball and place on parchment paper bake 10 to 12 min roll in confectioners suger on parchment paper and cool bake 350d
