2 Apples
1 Cup Prunes OR Apricots
3 tablespoons Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook carrot & sweet potatoe til tender, peel core and slice apples. Oil 5 Qt caserole dish. Arrange all in layers, seasoning each layer. Add water, cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until tender. Remove cover and brown.
