Carrot Cake II

Ingredients You'll Need
2 c flour
2 c sugar
s t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 1/4 c Wesson Oil
4 uinbeaten eggs
3 c grated carrots
1 c nuts
frosting
1 box powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 8 ox pkg cream chese
1/2 stick butter
1 c raisins - optional
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Add oil.
Add eggs one at a time.
Stir in the carrots and nuts. (Do not beat.)
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
