Ingredients You'll Need
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon & salt. Add oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in each. Do not Beat. Add Carrots and nuts.
Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes if layers. If in tube pan, till done.
