Carrot Cake of Yumminess (With CC Frosting)

Why I Love This Recipe
I always asked my mom for this cake for my birthday. It's funny~ i am usually "Chocolate or Bust" but this one is a utter yumminess!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. carrots, grated
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts/pecans, chopped (I skip these b/c of allergy, still yummy!!)
For the Frosting:
1/2 stick butter
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl. Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and nuts, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 ddegrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick til it comes clean. Let cake cool and then frost top and sides.
For the Frosting:
Beat all ingredients together very well.
