Carrot Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups finely grated carrots
Directions
Add one egg at a time (total of 4 eggs).
Beat well after each addition.
Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Add 2 cups finely grated carrots.
Mix well.
Turn into 3 greased and floured 8" layer pan.
Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese nut icing.
