Ingredients You'll Need
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
3 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 t. vanilla flavoring
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Bake at 250ndegrees in 3 9" pans till done
Frosting:
11 oz cream chese
1/2 c butter
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 cup pecans
Directions
mix cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees till done
