Carrot Slaw with Carawey

This is a great salad to make ahead of time, it holds up well in the fridge.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup parsley chopped
3 Tbsp raisins
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp caraway seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
zest from a lemon
juice from the same lemon
sea salt
Directions
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Serve immediately or store in your fridge prior to serving and the flavors will enhance.
