Carrot cake with pineapple

Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups flour
2 cups suger
2 cups grated carrots
1-1/2 cupo veg oil
1-1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
3 eggs
3/4 cup coconut
2tsp baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2tsp. vanilla
1/2tsp salt
Directions
Mix all dry ing. add carrots oil and pineapple and eggs grease pby 13 inch pan pour bater in pan bake at 350 for 1 hour. When colled frost with cream cheese frosting

2 cups powdered suger
1/4 c butter or marg. beat well and frost cake
