Why I Love This Recipe
I am excited! I just found a classic cocktail lounge in San Diego called the Starlight, on India Street.
A great place to have a cocktail where the ingredients aren't shot from a gun into your glass. Mojitos with sugar and mint actually muddled together before your eyes, Screwdrivers with fresh squeezed orange juice. AND finally, a bar that has the missing liqueurs of the past, Dubonnet, Benedictine, Marachino, Chartreuese.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 tsp Cointreau
1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice (Fresh)
1 1/2 tsp Maraschino
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 with ice. Add ingredients, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
