1tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese shredded
2 4 oz. cans diced Calif. Chilies
Directions
Beat eggs till lemon yellow.
Add flour, soda, cheeses, and blend.
Add butter and mix.
Stir in chilies
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes (or till done in center).
Serve w/fruit & croissants
