Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was given to me by Melissa Haskins of Nipomo Ca.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 head of Cauliflower- washed cut & cut into bite size pieces
1 bunch of green onions,chopped
3 or 4 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped into bite size pieces.
1 cup of Mayonnaise
Black Pepper to taste
Mix it all together and chill but serve soon. its not a good leftover unless you don't mind the smell of Cauliflower that has been sitting for a bit. Its a very good salad and had some clients I cook for who requested this recipe often.
