Ingredients You'll Need

1 head cauliflower or broccoli
1 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 Tb. chopped parsley
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped


Directions

Separate cauliflower into florets and steam in a small amount of water or in steamer basket until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside in warmed serving dish. Heat oil and salt in a small pan and cook garlic and parsley until garlic is lightly browned. Pour oil mixture over cauliflower and garnish with chopped eggs.
