Is a Delightful Ceviche, Unique i would said Perfection for get together small parties. I rather Prepared a Day before for more flavor. All the ingredients make a mix of flavors in one taste. Is fresh Easy to make. If you wan to bring family or friends over is the perfect appetizer or salad to impress.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 pound of Peel Shrimp 21-25 Per Pound
3 Cup of lime Juice (Use 1 1/2 Cups to Marinate and the Remaining 1 1/2 Cup to Cook
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Minced
1/2 Cup or Red Onion Minced
2 Cup of Roma Tomatoes Minced
2 Bunches of Cilantro Leaf Only
1 Poblano Pepper Diced
3 Jalapeños Seeded and Minced
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Directions
Peel Shrimps
Marinate Shrimp in 1 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice for 3 Hours
Drain and Discard Lime Juice
Mix Shrimp Together with All Other Ingredients Cover and Refrigerate for 3 Hours Before Serving.
Serve with Chips or Saltine Crackers
