Ingredients You'll Need
6 slices of white bread
3/4 cup of grated cheese (Colby)
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
salt and pepper
Directions
Trim crusts from the slices of bread, cut bread in cubes
Grease casserole
Put layer of cubes, than layer of cheese, season each layer with skip
Beat eggs well; stir in milk and butter
Pour over bread and cheese
Let stand for 3-12 hours in refrigerator
Place casserole in pan of water
Bake at 325 for 1hr, or until knife comes out clean
