Crust:
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon Amaretto
Filling:
4 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1-1/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons Amaretto
Topping:
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Amaretto
Directions
Crust: Mix crust ingredients together. Spray bottom of spring form pan. Spread some of dough on bottom of pan. (Save rest of dough for the sides.) Bake 400ºF for 8 minutes. Cool.
Filling; After bottom crust has cooled, put springform pan together. Spray sides. Spread rest of dough on sides. Pour filling in Bake 350ºF for 40-45 minutes.
Topping: Mix topping ingredients. Spread on top of cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes longer.
