Cheesey-Spicy Turkey Burgers

Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of my favorite foods.They can be eaten on a bun or for really high protein/low carb they're great just by themselves
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground turkey
Cheese crumbles or shredded cheese (of choice-I use cheddar usually)
Chilli powder
Parmasean cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder or flakes
Crushed red pepper flakes
All of the spices are to taste (I listed them in order of the ones that I use the most of)
Directions
Mix everything together well and cook as you like (I use a "Foreman" type grill.
Serve with cheese and spicy ketsup
