Pro tip: When you think there’s nothing left, refrigerate and save for breakfast. The cheese has baked nicely into the hollowed out loaf. Heat and tear apart for guilty pleasure.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 round sourdough bread loaf
1 other sourdough bread to cut for dipping
8oz cream cheese
12oz cheddar cheese
12oz sour cream
2-4 chopped green onions
Garlic, onion powder to taste
Directions
Cut top off sourdough bread. Hollow out the insides, saving it for dipping.
Mix all ingredients together. Put inside hollowed out bread. Replace top. Double wrap in tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
Cut up bread from hollowed out loaf and the second loaf. Serve hot.
