Cheesy Chicken & Rice
Why I Love This Recipe
A crockpot favorite.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion (chopped)
1 8 oz. box Zattaran's Yellow Rice (cooked according to box directions)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1- 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1- 15 oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
Scatter chopped onion over the top of the chicken.
Spoon cream of chicken soup over the top of the onion and chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
A few minutes before serving, add in cooked rice, corn and cheese.
Stir to combine, heat through and serve hot.
