Ingredients You'll Need


1 cup yeast mix (warm water , 2tsp yeast ,1tsp sugar mix and set aside for 15 min)

2 cups (250g) flour
1 tbsp (15g) sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp (9.85g)
2 tbsp olive oil

For Filling

Mozzarella cheese cut in to 30 small cubes

For Spinach Dip

5 oz (140g) cream cheese

2 tbsp spinach

3-4 cloves garlic diced

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp Chili Flakes or crushed red peppers (OPTIONAL)

Salt to taste

For Brushing The Tops

2 tbsp (30g) butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chili flakes (Optional)
2 tsp garlic paste


1.Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Grease a baking tray with butter.

2.In a large bowl mix together flour, salt, olive oil, yeast mix and knead gently to bring it together, set aside for 4-6 hours to let the dough rise.

3. Meanwhile cut the Mozzarella in 30 small pieces.

4. For cheesy dip, in a small ball mix together cream cheese, spinach, garlic (chopped), oregano, chilli Flakes (optional) & Salt to taste.

4. For Butter mixture Melt the butter into a small bowl, add garlic, oregano, chili flakes and salt to taste.

6. Dust the working surface and roll the dough into a 12x15 inch (30x40cm) rectangle. Cut in 30 pieces.

7. Place a piece of cheese in the middle of each piece of dough and wrap the dough around the cheese making sure the edges are well sealed. Roll in your hands to form a ball and place in the prepared baking tray in a circle form .

8. Add the cheesy dip in between ,prepare the butter mixture and grease the dough balls and add shredded cheese on top.

9. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
