Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can condensed
cream of chicken soup
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 28 oz. pkg. frozen loose-
packed diced potatoes with onion
and peppers thawed
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 Tblsps. butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, combine
condensed cream soup, sour cream,
cheese and pepper. Stir in potatoes. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 2 qt. rectangular baking dish. Mix the crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for
35 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
