Ingredients You'll Need
1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese
1-8 oz. of block cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of mined garlic
2/3 cup of sour cream
Directions
1) Preheat oven 375
2) Mix together parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, and spinach in a medium bowl.
3) Mix together in a separate medium bowl the mayo, cream cheese, sour cream and garlic.
4) Combine both mixtures together and pour into 8×8 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
5) Serve
