Cheesy Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients You'll Need
1-1/2 cups turkey, cooked and diced
1-1/4 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream or 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
2 green onions with tops, sliced
2 tablespoons stuffed olives, sliced
4 round egg rolls or hot dog or hamburger buns, split
Paprika
Directions
Combine the turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, the celery, mayonnaise, sour cream,
mustard, green onions and olives. Mix well. Scoop out enough of centers from
rolls to hold mixture (make crumbs out of centers, if desired). Fill hollows in each
roll with about 1/2 cup of the filling. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheese and
paprika. Place on baking sheets. Cover with foil. Bake at 375-degrees for 20
minutes. Serves: 4
