Ingredients You'll Need
3 chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch cubes
750g Broccoli
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp cream cheese
1 ¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup water
2 tbsp universal herb mix
1 cup bacon cubes
2 ½ cups cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
Pan fry chicken in coconut oil until slightly browned from all sides, then set aside
At the same time, cook broccoli for about 5 minutes (in salted water or microwave)
Melt butter in a large skillet
Add cream, cream cheese, water, herb mix, bacon and ½ cup shredded cheese and cook at medium heat for around 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Add broccoli and chicken and mix
Transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake for around 20 minutes
