Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. regular sugar
1 egg
1/4 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. coconut extract
1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla and coconut extract and beat until fluffy. Sift dry flour, salt and baking soda together, add to creamed mixture and blend well. Preheat oven to 350`. Drop by spoonful onto greased sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan to cool.
