In college one of my quad mates made this chex mix and it blew my mind. All my quad mates and I ate all of it in one evening… so we made more the next day. I started making it for my children and they would take as teachers’ gifts. Then I began bringing to the office for gifts. Maybe one day I’ll be able to share broadly at work again
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups corn chex
3 cups rice chex
1 cup wheat chex
1 cup pretzels
1 cup M&M’s
1 cup roasted peanuts
2 cups white chocolate melty chips
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then pour over dry mix and mix well. Stir every 15 minutes while it cools
