Why I Love This Recipe

This is a recipe that goes in my family for generations. It's a creative mix vegetables and dairy products which combines into a high-protein and nutrient-rich dish.

The only downside of this marvellous dish is that the spinach stains are a big pain to clean. Regardless, this cleaning trick will help you steer clear of any unpleasant situations. You can remove the burnt food from your oven by leaving the heat on for a couple of additional minutes and then sprinkling the greasy spots with a solution of lemon juice and baking soda. Works like a miracle. You can use both on surfaces and on fabrics. And best part is, its absolutely toxic free.

Ingredients You'll Need

4 x chicken breasts / preferably bonfile /
250 g. cream cheese
150 g. spinach
400 g. red potatoes ( small and medium size )
4 x tomatoes
2 x garlic cloves

Step 1: Add salt and pepper to the chicken.

Step 2: Mix the cream cheese, spinach and garlic in a bowl.

Step 3: Cut the potatoes in half and place in the pan with olive oil.

Step 4: Put a thick layer of the cheese and spinach paste on the chicken and top with a thin tomato slice.

Step 5: Heat the oven to 180 C and put the pan inside.

Step 6: Bake until the potatoes get a golden tan. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with salad on the side.
