Chicken Breast Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
6 - 8 chicken breasts - skinned and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
1 sm pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs (or soda crackers)
1 stick butter or margarine
12 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
Place breasts on the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan
Place cheese slices over chicken
Spread 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (undiluted) over cheese slices
Sprinkle water chestnuts and mushrooms over soup
Melt butter and stir into bread crumbs
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top
Bake at 325 for 1 hour covered - then uncover and bake an additional hour
