Ingredients You'll Need

12 half chicken breasts, boned, skinned and pounded gently to flatten
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten


In a plastic bag, place crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, paprika and seasonings and shake to blend. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg and then into crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place on waxed paper, on one layer. Sauté breasts in butter, until browned on both sides.
