Ingredients You'll Need

Chicken 250 gm (1/2 lb)
biryani rice 250 gm (1/2 lb)
garlic 1 medium
onion 3 medium
ginger
chili powder 1 teaspoon
sunflower oil 3-4 teaspoon
ghee 2 teaspoons
3-4 cardamom
salt as per taste


Directions

Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, chili, salt for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook marinated chicken for 20 minutes.
In a pressure cooker fry the onion in ghee and add rice and fry till 5 minute
Mix cooked chicken with fried rice in a pressure cooker and add water as per measurement and cook till 1 whistle.
Garnish with tomato and carrot slices and curd, serve hot to taste better.
