This recipe came from my mom who did a lot cooking for a family of four boys. When I was a single guy during college and after I called this my First Date Dinner.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 split boneless chicken breasts (4 individual breasts)
cheese slices
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of tarragon vinegar
seasoned breadcrumbs (Pepperidge Farms)
butter
Directions
In a 9x12 or 9x9 glass casserole dish
1. 2 split boneless chicken breasts (4 individual breasts)
2. Cover each with a slice of cheese
3. Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with a 1/4 cup of tarragon vinegar
4. Spread the above over the chicken
5. Cover the whole dish with seasoned breadcrumbs (Pepperidge Farms)
6. Slice pieces of butter and layer on top. The more the merrier
Bake at 350 for 1 hour (depending on the size of the breasts)
