Ingredients You'll Need

2 packages broccoli -- chopped
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed 98% fat free
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
4 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese -- grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon diet margarine


Cook and drain broccoli and arrange in a deep buttered dish. Take bread crumbs and

Margarine and mix together until it resembles graham crackers crumbs. Set aside. Place

chicken on top of broccoli. Combine rest of the ingredients, except the bread crumb

mixture, and pour the liquid mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture

over the top and bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. If it starts to brown too much, cover

with foil.
