Why I Love This Recipe
I have made this recipe for 30 yrs and received it from a friend of my husband's while he was in graduate school.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups white meat chicken in small pieces, cooked
2 small boxes broccoli spears, cooked & drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cans cream of mushroom/chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers
Place chicken evenly on bottom of greased, 9x13 baking dish. Next layer the cooked broccoli on top of chicken.
Mix together the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Sprread this over broccoli. Top with cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350 for about 30-45 mins or until hot and bubbly.
