Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can diced green chilies (or fresh, 1 cup)
1 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 pint sour cream
1 lb grated cheese (monetary jack, cheddar, whatever you have)
8-12 corn tortillas
saute onions; add chilis, soup, black beans, chicken and sour cream and heat through. cut tortillas in small pieces.
in 9x13 dish, cover bottom with thin layer of chicken mixture. that layer of tortillas, cheese and more chicken; repeat and finish with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 or until heated and bubbly.
is delicious over rice or on it's own with flour tortillas
