Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients You'll Need
6 Cups cooked white rice
6 Eggs
1/2 Pound chicken thighs
1 Can peas and carrots
1 Bunch bean sprouts
1/4 Cup soy sauce to taste
1/4 Cup margarine
Directions
Cook rice according to directions. Warm a skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken and vegetable and fry on low medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Add in rice, margarine and soy sauce and mix well.
