2 Cups all-purpose flour

1/4 Cup milk
Oil for frying Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix eggs and milk add salt and pepper to taste and then heat oil in pan to just before smoking. Dip 1/2 inch slices of spam in milk –flour mixture and coat. Fry on one side until golden brown, flip and repeat process, add salt and pepper to taste.
