Ingredients You'll Need
1 can hunts tomato sauce -- (8 ounce)
1 cup water
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (stir well before dividing)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
one quarter teaspoon soy sauce
pepper
2 large onions -- thinly sliced
3 pounds chicken parts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine first six ingredients in small bowl.
Arrange onion slices in large baking dish.
Add chicken in single layer and pour sauce on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake until chicken tests done. 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Serve with rice or potatoes
