Chicken Korma

Ingredients You'll Need
500 gm (~1 lb) chicken/Turkey (on bone)
250 gm Curd (or plain yogurt)
2 medium onions
ginger
7 cashews
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ghee
2 tsp sunflower oil
Directions
Procedure: Wash chicken, drained water properly, and put in a bowl,
Marinate chicken with curd, grind onion, chili, ginger, garlic paste for 2 to 3 hour
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and put curd marinated chicken and cook till 2 whistles.
Serve with chapati and rice.
