Weight Watchers Points value per serve: 6 1/2

Note: Serve with cherry tomatoes if desired.

Ingredients You'll Need

Barbecue Chicken, purchased 2 x breasts (200g), meat only
Lebanese bread 4 x 83g
low-fat hommus 1/2 cup (120g)
tabouli, purchased 3/4 cup (135g)
carrot 1 large, grated
hot chilli sauce


1. Shred chicken into bite size pieces

2. Spread the Lebanese breads with the hommus and top with the tabouli, grated carrot and shredded chicken

3. Drizzle with hot chilli sauce and roll up tightly. Cut in half and serve.

Note: Serve with cherry tomatoes if desired.
