Chicken Marsala

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp of flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cups of mushrooms sliced
3/4ths cup of Holland house marsala cooking wine
Fresh parsley
Fresh rosemary
Egg noodles
Directions
Melt butter, sauté mushrooms with garlic until brown (10 mins)-set aside
Bread thinly sliced chicken in flour
Boil water for egg noodles (add salt/garlic powder)
Fry in pan 4 mins on each side
Return mushrooms to pan-add wine (enough to cover it all) , 1/4th of water, parsley, rosemary
let chicken marinade in sauce until the alcohol taste simmers away-medium heat 15mins
