Why I Love This Recipe

This is the ultimate pantry meal. All of the ingredients store well, and it’s super flexible. Don’t have an hour? Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and bake for half an hour. Don’t have chicken? Try browning some ground beef, heating the sauce on the stove and mixing together. Have a big family or a bunch of hungry people to feed? This recipe doubles or triples with ease. Want dinner ready when you get home? Throw it all into the slow cooker on low. It doesn’t get more convenient—or tasty—than this.
