Turned the ever popular chicken and stuffing casserole in a meatloaf!

Ingredients You'll Need

Meat mix:
3 Lbs ground chicken
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Opt: sage
1 yellow cooking onion diced or small rough chopped
1 stalk celery with leaves destringed and diced
8 oz diced white button mushrooms
1 TBS cream of mushroom soup
2 TBS cream of chicken soup
1 TBS sour cream
1/4 c whole milk
3 boxes chicken stove top stuffing ground up in food processor with seasoning added
Opt: 2 TBS melted butter

Sauce/ Topping:
Remainder of the can of cream of mushroom soup
Remainder of the can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans whole milk
Opt: poultry seasoning
8 oz sliced white button mushrooms
1 tsp granular chicken bullion
1 c sour cream


Meat mix:
Put everything together except the ground up stuffing mix. If using the optional butter recipe pour the melted butter over the ground stuffing mix and stir before adding to the meat mix. If not using the opt butter just go ahead and add ground stuffing to meat mix. Put in baking pan and shape into meat loaf shape
Sauce: Mix all together except sour cream and pour over and around meat mix
Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour uncover and finish cooking when done pull out of oven and stir in sour cream pour some of the gravy mixed w/ sour cream over the meatloaf
