Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound chicken
1 yellow onion
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
8 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
2 cups water
1 zucchini squash
1 yellow squash
6 ounces egg noodles
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon seasoning mix like Mrs. Dash
Directions
Cut the chicken, onion, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the water and chicken broth in a large pot, then reduce to medium heat.
Add the chicken, onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and let cook for 7 minutes.
Then add the zucchini, yellow squash, and noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash or other spice mixture.
