3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- sliced 1/2" thick
1 large pears -- peeled, cored and julienned
1 large granny smith apple -- peeled, cored and julienned
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper -- to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Place all prepared ingredients into a bowl, toss until completely
coated. Allow to marinate while preparing foil wraps. For each serving cut an oversize
piece of heavy duty foil. Place equal portions of chicken and fruit mixture on one side of
each piece of foil, fold over and seal with a double fold. Place sealed foil packets on a
large jelly roll pan, Place in preheated oven for 18 minutes. To serve Place packet on a
plate, Cut an X across the top of the packet, fold back and serve.
