Chicken Paprikas

Ingredients You'll Need
Chicken
1 onion (chopped)
Pam Spray
1 t. paprika
4 to 5 lbs chicken w/o skin
1 c. water
1 pt. low fat sour cream
salt (to taste)
1 to 2 T. flour (to thicken)
dumplings
1 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. water
1 T. salt
Directions
Chicken Paprikas:
Brown onions in Pam cooking spray. Add seasoning and chicken. Brown 10
min. add water. Cover and simmer slowly til tender. Remove chicken. Add
low fat sour cream to drippings. Mix well. Mix flour w/ a little cold
water. Add to thicken. Add dumplings and chicken.
DUMPLINGS:
1 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. water
1 T. salt
Mix. Scrape bits of dough from a plate into boiling water. Cook 15 min.
Drain.
