l fryer, cut up
¼ cup flour
Salt and pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup water
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons paprika
½ cup sour cream
Directions
1. Dust chicken with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and brown in oil, pour off remaining oil. Stir in remaining ingredients (except sour cream), cover, and simmer on low for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
3. Served with buttered egg noodles
